How is our cutter type of cold roll forming machines?

When we talk about the cutter type, there are mainly two kinds of: electric cutter and hydraulic cutter. The blade material is generally Cr12(Chromium 12). Electric shearing has high speed, it can energy saving and it is suitable for alpine regions.

Another one is hydraulic cutter, and is has static cutter and servo motor tracking cutter. Standard configuration is static cutter. High forming speed production line will adopt servo motor cutter, also it will cost much.

As for the lifting construction of blade, there are guide pillar construction and channel steel construction. The double-pillar type is fixed by double row screws and channel steel construction type is more durable.
